We're seeking a talented Junior AV Engineer to join our dynamic team at Alecto Recruitment, specialising in the Residential/Luxury homes sector within the Audio Visual industry.

About the Role

As a Junior AV Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on prestigious projects, collaborating with renowned architects, designers, and industry experts to create extraordinary AV experiences in some of the most luxurious homes in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • First-fixing AV cabling
  • Second-fixing AV equipment
  • Terminating data, coax, and speaker outlets
  • Hanging TVs on walls
  • Mounting projectors and cinema screens
  • Lighting control keypads and touchscreens
  • CCTV cameras
  • Reporting to your lead engineer on site
  • Learning from your lead engineer through the programming and commissioning stages of a project
Requirements
  • Experience in installing or terminating data cables
  • Experience working in Prime or Super Prime properties (ideal but not essential)
  • Some electrical experience or knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Motivated to work and learn on the job
  • Not afraid to ask your lead engineer questions
