About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA). As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or mental illnesses in one of our homes in Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with everyday living tasks, including emotional, financial, and day-to-day activities.
  • Work collaboratively with a support team to provide a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work flexible shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings/sleep ins, within a 24/7 rota.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22,368.00 per annum for full-time positions.
