About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA). As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or mental illnesses in one of our homes in Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with everyday living tasks, including emotional, financial, and day-to-day activities.
- Work collaboratively with a support team to provide a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings/sleep ins, within a 24/7 rota.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £22,368.00 per annum for full-time positions.
- A comprehensive induction package, including the Care Certificate, mandatory training, and a Diploma.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
