This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Advisor to join a unique Care charity with a strong presence in the South region. The charity operates 8 homes across the region, providing a range of care services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partners to provide support with recruitment across the charity's homes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations queries, providing guidance and support to employees.
- Assist with absence management, including Occupational Health referrals, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage the apprenticeship process, providing support and guidance to employees and line managers.
- Contribute to the HR team on specific projects, utilizing expertise and knowledge to drive results.
- Compile HR data and assist with analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Experience in managing recruitment campaigns and providing initial HR advice and guidance is essential. As this is a remote role, a driving license is required to travel to the charity's homes when necessary.
