About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Supply Chain to join our Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Supply Chain and Operating Models: Develop and implement effective supply chain and operating models for various businesses.
  • Partner with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on and manage complex projects, making informed decisions that balance time, quality, and resources.
  • Define Program Requirements: Establish clear program requirements and drive teams to meet goals, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency across supply chains and multiple operations.

A Day in the Life

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand their work processes and share your expertise. Together, you will identify new opportunities and take the lead in designing their implementation.

You will encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, while proactively seeking new, data-backed ways to improve processes. Your work will be integral to your team's success.

About the Team

Our Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) team is a dynamic and entrepreneurial group that incubates new ideas and develops them into sophisticated businesses. We work behind the scenes to support new areas of the business, such as Amazon Fresh stores and our online grocery service.

There are many opportunities for every skill set, from operations to supply chain to data management. Our goal is to help develop new capabilities within Amazon on behalf of our customers, employees, and partners.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Master's degree
