We are seeking a talented and ambitious CeMAP qualified individual to join our Estate Agency team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in mortgage services, working closely with our estate agency colleagues to deliver exceptional client care and service.

• Work collaboratively with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
• Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
• Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products from market-leading insurers.
• Provide feedback to the residential team on progress to leads provided.

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
• Positive and resilient attitude.
• Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Numerate and detail-conscious.
