About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our UK&I HVAC Service team at Heathrow/BA. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier maintenance services for HVAC systems, working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspections to assess condition and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand maintenance needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment and compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HVAC service & maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components, including DX, Split & VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plants.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC or a related field, such as F-Gas qualifications and NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Hitachi and Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Trane.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different working environments.
