Senior Site Engineer Opportunity

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our team at RGB Recruitment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in managing teams on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project-based management of a team of engineers on various projects;
  • Understand and operate robotic surveying equipment;
  • Ensure that works are constructed in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and project execution plans;
  • Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments;

Requirements for the Role:

  • Minimum of a HNC/Degree or equivalent, and a full UK driving license;
  • Proven people and project management skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, client representatives, and the general public;
  • Experience working on civil engineering projects and managing a team;
