We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator at People Partners Associates. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales administration, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, lead times, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within manufacturing and dealing with suppliers and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
