About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Supervisor to join our team at Mitie. As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and associated maintenance services across the client site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively to resolve issues
- Promote QHSE best practice and consistency within the team
- Assist Engineers and planning team to ensure best use of time and resource
- Route cause analysis of day-to-day issues for continuous improvement of processes and data
- Investigate and provide resolutions to issues that impact first-time fix, double job handling, and unnecessary subcontracting
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to solve problems positively and be pragmatic
- Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- A "can-do" attitude with an eye for detail and the ability to transmit and encourage the right behaviors
Qualifications
Proven FM competence and experience, with a strong background in technical FM environments
