Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all public areas in the hotel, including the bar and restaurants. You will also be responsible for cleaning all rooms to a high standard and ensuring any issues are forwarded to the relevant department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning all rooms to a high standard and ensuring any issues are forwarded to the relevant department.
  • Helping to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction in all areas with the rest of the team.
  • Carrying out daily inspections of all bedrooms and public areas to ensure cleaning standards are acceptable.
  • Ensuring that all housekeeping procedures are carried out correctly and to the required standard by all housekeeping staff.
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and that invoices are sent to the Accounts department.

Requirements:

  • At least 6-12 months experience in a housekeeping role.
  • Experience working within a small 4/5* country house hotel.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
