As a key member of our Personal Injury department, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of EL/PL work, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Litigation Fee Earner who has a proven track record of handling litigated caseloads from start to completion. You will have a strong focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of EL/PL work, including fast-track cases and portal cases
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Contribute to the growth and success of our Personal Injury department
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the civil procedure rules and Proclaim case management system
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in EL/PL work
- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload from start to completion
- Genuine tenacity and a focus on achieving the best possible outcome for clients
- Ability to work under limited supervision and manage your own time effectively
- Knowledge of the civil procedure rules and Proclaim case management system
