Role Overview

As a consultant, we aim to align you with clients and projects that resonate with your career goals, allowing you to experience the diverse nature of consulting.

In your role as a Project Management Consultant, you will engage with clients primarily in the Energy sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing project plans, including essential documentation and processes
  • Managing project scope effectively
  • Overseeing project costs, including implementing cost controls
  • Engaging with stakeholders
  • Establishing and updating project schedules and budgets
  • Reporting on project status, including schedules, costs, and risk assessments to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions

Candidate Profile

As a consultant, you will be proactive, inquisitive, and possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You will be an effective communicator, a collaborative team player, and passionate about continuous learning. You should demonstrate project management skills (either direct or transferable) acquired in industry or consulting settings.

  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including planning, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and resource allocation
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement combined with business acumen
  • Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders on the client side
  • Experience in delivering project status reports to project teams

A relevant qualification such as APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2, or PMP would be advantageous.
