Zest Business Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Optical Sales Executive to join our team. As an Optical Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, including high street opticians, GPs, and referral centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the referral base and increase business revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including regular visits and communication
  • Work closely with the hospital team to leverage opportunities and maintain internal relationships
  • Manage own diary, meetings, and route planning to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven B-2-B sales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally
  • Driven, high energy, and a willingness to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of £27,000
  • Up to £13.5k bonus
