Role Overview:

The Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that all areas, including changing rooms, shower facilities, and restrooms, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This position also involves managing washroom supplies and assisting with laundry operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company policies and departmental protocols.
• Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
• Assist in the laundering process, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing robes and towels.
• Maintain cleanliness in all spa areas, including hallways and poolside.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Comply with health and safety regulations set by the company.
• Participate in training sessions as required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
