Como Lead Surgical Nurse, sus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Proporcionar atención segura y de alta calidad a los pacientes durante su fase perioperatoria.

El candidato ideal para el puesto de Lead Surgical Nurse deberá poseer:
  • Registro con NMC o HCPC
  • Cualificación post-registro relevante para la especialidad funcional (por ejemplo, cualificación de Advanced Scrub Practitioner o Surgical First Assistant)
  • Curso ENB 998 y/o curso de mentoría
  • Cursos de anestesia aprobados
  • Certificación ILS
  • Habilidades ortopédicas
  • Cualificación de mentoría
  • Experiencia en un entorno de atención médica aguda
  • Experiencia en la gestión y liderazgo de un equipo clínico
