Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group Ltd. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in managing site design and technical engineering for our clients' Wind and Solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate bonds and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Assist subcontractors with technical queries and review test procedures
  • Provide design reviews and ensure electrical compliance
  • Conduct risk evaluations for HSE and Quality departments
  • Advise on material selection and provide cost/risk analysis
  • Participate in subcontractor selection and audits
  • Support the EPC team in preparing plans/drawings/layouts
  • Improve ITPs to avoid missing key information
  • Assess component installation and provide recommendations for standardization
  • Engage with grid connection network operators
  • Provide technical advisory support during construction and O&M handover
  • Support documentation transfer to the EPC or O&M team
  • Contribute to REX and the EPC/COE expert network
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Technical Advisor in renewable energy
  • Knowledge of project costing and data analysis tools
  • Engineer degree or equivalent vocational qualifications in electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of GIS and data analysis skills
  • Experience advising clients on technical aspects of solar projects
  • Experience in renewables, particularly photovoltaic and wind energy
  • MS Office and AutoCAD aptitude
  • Fluent in English and French/Portuguese
