About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Assistant to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients with complex health needs, including spinal injury, in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients with complex health needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the Complex Care Lead Nurse
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects
  • NVQ Level 4 related subjects
  • Nursery nurse qualifications or similar
  • Diploma in relevant health/social subject
  • Commitment to delivering client-specific care
  • Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members
