About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Designer to join our team at Maris Interiors, a leading design and build expert in the UK. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming our clients' spaces, working closely with our construction team to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and detailed construction CAD drawings, ensuring compliance with UK Building Control regulations and Design Disability Act.
  • Collaborate with the construction team and sub-contractors to build and manage technical design solutions across multiple projects.
  • Manage changes to drawings during construction, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a keen eye for detail, with a focus on production of high-quality CAD drawings.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree qualification in a related field, with 2 years of experience in a commercial office interiors setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Adobe Suite and Revit desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
