Role Overview: Automotive Instructor

As the Automotive Instructor at Reading College, you will deliver a comprehensive range of Motor Vehicle courses to our learners. A solid background in the automotive field is crucial, along with familiarity with emerging technologies, including hybrid systems.

You will be expected to adopt a flexible teaching approach, demonstrating outstanding organizational and interpersonal abilities. Your role will involve engaging students effectively and exemplifying the qualities we aim to instill in our learners.

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline
• GCSE qualifications at level 4/C or equivalent, including Mathematics and English
• Practical industry experience
• Knowledge of hybrid technology

This position is a full-time, permanent role.
