About the Role:
Are you a seasoned Registered Manager or Deputy Manager seeking a rewarding opportunity? Leaders In Care is on the lookout for an experienced Fostering Team Manager to join our dedicated team within an Independent Fostering Agency.
Your Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the comprehensive management of service operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating under the Ofsted Inspection Framework, while promoting sustainable service growth.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in family placement and/or children's services at a senior level.
- Significant management or leadership experience within a fostering context.
