Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Inclusion Strategies: Collaborate with our clinical manager to design and implement a comprehensive inclusion strategy that promotes a culture of belonging and respect within our organization.
- Provide Benchmarking Insights: Utilize data analysis and customer-specific service assessments to provide actionable insights that inform our inclusion initiatives.
- Build Partnerships with Regional Healthcare Providers: Foster strong relationships with regional healthcare providers to ensure that our organization is aligned with industry best practices and can provide valuable input to guide healthcare provision in the region.
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to ensure that our healthcare sales organization is equipped to provide exceptional customer service and promote a culture of inclusion.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in nursing.
- Current, valid Driver's License.
- Microsoft 365 & Teams / Video conferencing.
