Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and associate-oriented Culinary Specialist to enhance our remarkable Kitchen team at Pan Pacific London.

The ideal candidate demonstrates confidence, empathy, and professionalism in interactions with both guests and team members. You maintain composure in high-pressure situations and are committed to delivering an outstanding experience for our patrons. Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Specialist, you will be an integral part of the kitchen brigade, working under the guidance of the Sous Chef or Head Chef. Your main duties will include:

  1. Preparing and cooking dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards, ensuring all components meet the required quality.
  2. Managing a designated section of the kitchen, overseeing dish preparation and cooking while coordinating with fellow kitchen staff for timely service.
  3. Upholding high food quality standards throughout the cooking process, performing regular taste tests and visual inspections to guarantee consistency and excellence.
  4. Monitoring ingredient and supply inventory for your section, alerting the Sous Chef or Head Chef of any shortages or discrepancies.
  5. Plating dishes with precision and care, ensuring attractive presentation that aligns with the restaurant's standards.
