Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced job-running designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and our design team to develop innovative and impactful designs that align with each project's requirements and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver stunning projects that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with clients and the design team to develop innovative and impactful designs
  • Manage multiple workflows effectively and produce construction details and tender packs with meticulous attention to detail
  • Engage clients in the design process and possess a proactive attitude that drives projects forward
  • Utilize proficiency in 2D Vectorworks, 3D modeling using SketchUp, and preferred rendering skills using V-Ray
  • Site experience and a strong track record of delivering coordinated tender and construction drawing packages are essential
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure, are essential
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a design-led practice
  • Experience in hospitality design is preferred
  • Proficiency in 2D Vectorworks, 3D modeling using SketchUp, and preferred rendering skills using V-Ray
  • Site experience and a strong track record of delivering coordinated tender and construction drawing packages
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure
