The Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Vinyl Floor Layer (flat lay, cap & cove, patch repairs) with Carpentry skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have worked in social housing and possess a strong understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing
  • Work to the Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements

  • Qualified Vinyl Floor Layer with a certificate to prove it
  • Full UK driving license (not EU)
  • Own tools
  • Qualified and experienced in the field
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • DBS certificate
  • CSCS Skilled Worker card

Working Hours

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4, paid at standard rate extra to salary.
