Job Overview

Card Factory is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team and drive commercial growth in our stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing a high-performing team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase colleague engagement.
  • Coach and train colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, and provide regular feedback to support their development.
  • Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and behaviours.
  • Make informed decisions about stock availability, merchandising, and store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including District and Regional Managers, to gain a deeper understanding of the business and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular feedback to the store team, District and Regional Managers, and other stakeholders to encourage continuous improvement and growth.
