About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and gain specialist clinical skills, support and supervise others, and participate in service development.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a fast-paced and busy environment, providing high-quality care to patients with a range of medical conditions, including stroke, neurology, trauma and orthopaedics, and elderly care. You will need to have excellent communication skills and experience of working in an acute hospital setting.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and experience of working in a physical setting. You should also have evidence of personal and professional development, experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and experience of leading and influencing others.
