About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Joiner (Multi Skilled) to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our properties and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out operational duties as an all-round multi-skilled Joiner, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services.
  • Work with an ethos of 'Right First Time' to complete repairs in one visit, ensuring high-quality workmanship and high standards of performance.
  • Hold a fire safety qualification, such as BMTrada or Firas accreditation, and demonstrate evidence of key competencies in Joinery (core trade) and supporting skills.
  • Work carefully, methodically, and safely with good planning and organisational skills.
  • Hold a Full UK driving licence (manual).
