Job Title: Lathe Turner

Oliver Rae is recruiting for an experienced Vertical Borer Setter to join their team in the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Set and operate Lathe Turning/Boring machines with precision and efficiency
  • Basic programming using Siemens control systems
  • Use of measuring equipment to ensure quality control
  • Overhead crane operating for safe and efficient material handling
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications and Experience:

Experienced in setting and operating Manual Lathes, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
