We are seeking a talented Part Two Architectural Assistant to join our client's collaborative and social office in Leeds. As a successful RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice, they deliver innovative, inspiring, and technically excellent designs, winning multiple awards and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Their forward-thinking approach ensures they invest in the latest technology and regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for their employees, recognizing them as essential to their continued growth.
The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will possess design flair and innovation, with a passion for incorporating sustainable principles, good technical skills, and a strong portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideally 1-2 years post Part Two qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
- Part One 7 Part Two qualifications
- Well-versed in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations
- Ideally an insight across the RIBA stages from practice experience
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Demonstratable technical excellence
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and positive approach to work
- Keen to input to company growth
- Experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects
- Sector experience such as retail, industrial, sports & leisure, and commercial
- Live locally to Leeds
