About the Role:

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Property Management to join our client's busy office in Norwich. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for managing an individual portfolio of properties and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks
  • Oversee the property management team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any issues or concerns, maintaining strong relationships
  • Operate within a given budget, ensuring effective management of resources
  • Maintain communication with a wide branch network, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Organize inventories, check-ins, and property visits to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Appoint and monitor contractors, overseeing repair and maintenance works on behalf of landlords
  • Resolve deposit issues and ensure statute obligations are met
  • Collect rent and administer new tenancies and tenancy extensions
  • Perform general office administration, including responding to client inquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous property management experience, preferably in an estate agency setting
  • ARLA qualification desirable, but not essential
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in property management software

What We Offer:

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary, with potential for OTE up to £53,000
