  • Identify safeguarding concerns and implement appropriate actions to protect adults from abuse, neglect, or harm.
  • Review care plans regularly to adapt to changing needs and circumstances, ensuring ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
  • Advocate for adults' rights, ensuring they access necessary resources, benefits, and services to lead fulfilling lives.
Requirements
