InterSystems is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to facilitate the effective deployment of our solutions. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, guiding clients towards optimal solutions that enhance their operations while reducing the need for custom modifications. The key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities
Initial Assessment
- Examine proposals and tender documents
- Evaluate client workflows
- Identify appropriate solutions and present findings to clients
Implementation Phase
- Conduct client onboarding workshops
- Recommend solutions and develop necessary documentation
- Verify data collection and system configuration
Configuration
- Set up client environments
- Develop validation scripts
- Assist clients with validation and troubleshoot any issues
Client Training
- Create training materials and lead training sessions
- Support clients during the go-live phase
Post-Implementation Support
- Address outstanding issues and finalize support handover
Ongoing Duties
- Assist team members and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Stay updated on new product features
Qualifications and Skills
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication and consulting abilities
- A minimum of 3 years in the healthcare sector
- Experience in software implementation and functional documentation
Preferred
- Fluency in English and an additional language
- Knowledge of clinical specialties
- Familiarity with EMR systems and IT services
- Prior experience in change management
