The team possesses extensive expertise in specialized design, drilling, inspection services, and maintenance projects. They are recognized leaders in Adit driving and repair, with unparalleled proficiency in water supply borehole construction.


Reporting directly to an Operations Director, you will oversee the daily management of the business unit, with responsibilities that include bidding, regulatory compliance, and the execution of secured projects, as well as the expansion of our Capital Delivery within the Water Sector.


  • Collaborate with the Project, Commercial, Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and implement strategies through the team to excel in KPIs, client metrics, and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that align with client expectations.
  • Gain an understanding of client operations and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Promote the company's values and behaviors to foster optimal performance and compliance in delivery.
  • Compile management reports and lead client framework and contract discussions.
Previous relevant experience in Borehole Engineering is essential.

  • Possess appropriate qualifications in Project or Business Management and demonstrate a solid understanding of relevant legislation, CDM Regulations, duties, program management, and NEC Contracts.
  • Be well-organized, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
  • A technical understanding of the Water Sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A valid driving license is required, with the possibility of travel as needed for the role.
