About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coach Driver to join our team at Johnsons Coach & Bus Travel. As a Coach Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on our coaches, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive coaches safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers have a comfortable and enjoyable journey.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, reporting any issues or defects to the maintenance team.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and staff to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve driving skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid PCV driving license and a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
