The Role:

As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both residents and staff. Your duties will encompass coordinating essential maintenance and cleaning operations, upholding rigorous cleanliness standards, ensuring efficient service delivery, and adhering to Health and Safety regulations.

Our Facilities Maintenance Managers should possess a solid understanding of health and safety protocols, experience in routine maintenance tasks, and prior supervisory experience. Being a collaborative team member is crucial, as you will oversee the housekeeping team and engage with colleagues and residents, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
