Employment Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our employment law team, you will provide guidance on a range of employment issues, including disputes over restrictive covenants, confidential information, and employment tribunal litigation.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice on employment law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing guidance on employment law issues, including disputes over restrictive covenants and confidential information
• Advising employers on everyday workplace matters
• Assisting with and drafting settlement agreements
• Offering corporate support
• Drafting contracts of employment and employee handbooks
• Understanding data protection concerns relevant to the workplace

We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor with a strong foundation in employment law. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-5 years of PQE
• A strong understanding of employment law
• Excellent technical abilities and drafting skills
• Proven teamwork and relationship-building capabilities
• Solid commercial awareness
• A proactive, ambitious, and organized approach with keen attention to detail
