We are seeking an experienced Rural Valuer to join our multi-disciplinary team in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in developing our rural consultancy business across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultancy services for rural and residential properties across the region
  • Conduct compulsory purchase negotiations and expert witness work
  • Build longstanding relationships with banks, solicitors, and clients
  • Collaborate with rural and residential teams in Sevenoaks
  • Become the go-to professional for rural advisory services
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified with 3+ years' post-qualification experience
  • RICS Registered Valuer status
  • Excellent analytical skills and report writing abilities
  • Proven track record in winning new business
  • Deep understanding of rural property and agricultural markets
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines
  • Innate curiosity and drive to deliver efficient solutions
  • Valid UK driving licence
