About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Taunton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with varying needs, promoting their independence, and supporting them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities that promote their independence and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
