Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial data, including assets, prepayments, and accruals, using advanced Excel skills.
  • Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Inventory Management: Produce and analyze stock reports, and conduct Sage housekeeping to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.

Requirements:

  • Financial Expertise: Highly proficient in SAP/SAGE, with experience in administrative finance and a strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers.
  • Qualifications: AAT level 3 qualification or equivalent.

  • Competitive Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per annum.
