About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SENCo to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a SENCo, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN and disabilities
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure inclusive practices
- Monitor and report on student progress and attainment
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide additional support
