Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 driver to join our team at Evri's Plymouth depot. As a Cat C driver, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting parcels to couriers or picking up parcels from clients or delivery units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HGV Class 2 vehicles on shifts, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of parcels.
  • Update paperwork and communicate with the team about any issues or problems encountered on the road.
  • Work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a start time of 12:30pm.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, driver's CPC, and digital tachograph.
  • Excellent communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
  • Reasonable physical fitness.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £13.71 per hour, with an overtime rate of £20.57 once full-time hours have been completed.
  • A minimum of 32 days' annual leave (including Bank Holidays), 3% contribution to your pension, and life assurance.
