Job Summary:
Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Specialist to join our team in London. As a Security Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-class customer service to our clients, incorporating the following activities:
- Carrying out PPM (preventative planned maintenance) on door entry and access control systems
- Carrying out reactive fault calls
- Carrying out small works
- Working as part of a team
- Conduct site surveys to assist the office-based estimator in quoting for small works
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Understand the client KPI's associated with planned and reactive calls
- Out of hours London callout rota one in eight weeks
Responsibilities:
As a Security Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-class customer service to our clients
- Carrying out PPM and reactive fault calls
- Carrying out small works
- Working as part of a team
- Conducting site surveys to assist the office-based estimator
- Understanding client KPI's associated with planned and reactive calls
Requirements:
To be successful as a Security Systems Specialist, you will need:
- Experience in fault finding
- Experience in the Security industry (minimum of 2 years)
- Knowledge on Entrotec, Paxton, Came KMS, Bell, Label, Pac
- Take ownership and responsibility of tasks and to ensure they are completed within deadlines
- Deliver customer service to the highest level
- IT skills including Outlook and Excel an advantage
- Must have a right to work in the UK
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence

- Holiday – 22 days rising by 1 additional day per annum for every year served to a maximum of 25 days, plus 8 Bank Holiday days and birthday leave day
