Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted Outstanding academy. The successful candidate will provide specialist support for pupils who require additional assistance in the mainstream classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with ASD, SLD, and PMLD in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote positive outcomes for students
