Service Care Solutions - Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join their team at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Chorley.

The successful Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and taking the lead in decision-making for complex clinical formulation.

The Clinical Lead will:

  • Provide clinical leadership and lead complex clinical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with ward managers, nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure recovery-focused care and therapeutic strategy implementation.
  • Ensure policy and practice meet best practice, regulation, and contractual standards for high-quality interventions.
  • Develop therapeutic programs and support the growth of Recovery Support Workers and Nurses.
  • Lead in assessing new service user referrals.
  • Present clinical outcomes at Contract Review Meetings.
  • Align work with Active Pathways' value-based behaviors and competency framework, participating in the Champions Model.
  • Participate in the local on-call manager rota, covering out-of-hours shifts.

Requirements

  • Qualified Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Recent experience as a Clinical Lead within a Mental Health setting.
