• Create 2D AutoCAD drawings and programs for laser machinery operation.
• Analyze engineering drawings and implement them to develop detailed designs.
• Employ CAM-based software to produce fundamental programs for Amada Laser.
• Offer technical assistance to both clients and shop floor personnel, including performing basic measurements on the shop floor.
• Occasionally support the quotations team with your specialized knowledge.
• Ensure accurate documentation and logging of all breakdowns and maintenance work.

• A qualification in engineering or significant experience in a technical support capacity within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAM software.
• Experience in sheet metal production is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional precision in measurements and their application to designs.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and personal growth.
