At Be Caring, our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Heaton (NE7).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care that promotes dignity and independence
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes and engage with their communities
  • Deliver care that is tailored to each person's needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals
  • Document and report information accurately and confidentially

What We Offer:

  • A comprehensive induction training program that covers Be Caring values, dignity and respect, and safe administration of medication
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.30 (drivers) / £11.50 (walkers)
  • A bonus scheme that includes up to £300 for new starters, £300 for referrals, and £300 annual bonus
  • A fully funded DBS check and paid induction training
  • A range of training and development opportunities, including Level 2 and other accredited courses

Working Hours:

  • Early shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Late shifts: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)
