About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in delivering our digital marketing strategy, optimizing our online presence, and supporting our cross-channel marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the firm's websites to ensure they are aligned with our brand and values.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including CRM, Google Ads, Paid Social, YouTube, Google My Business, and Affiliates.
  • Measure and report online activity across all digital platforms using digital tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Hootsuite.
  • Optimize and analyze digital channels and campaigns to drive successful performance.
  • Seek new digital opportunities through competitor and keyword research, and utilize digital tools such as SEM Rush.
  • Analyze website traffic and advert engagement data and report findings to the wider team and firm in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders on the facilitation of digital integration projects, such as CRM initiatives, Customer Portals, and Recruitment Software.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role or hold a digital marketing-related degree or equivalent.
  • Confident using Google Ads, Google My Business, and experience of setting up Google Keyword and Social Media Advertising Campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing across key marketing channels with a good understanding of both paid and organic channels.
  • A sound working knowledge of current digital marketing practices.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of basic coding language such as HTML and CSS.
  • Experience of using Social Media Scheduling Software.
  • Graphic Design competency and ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to use Email distribution software such as Campaign Monitor and Mailchimp.
  • Experience of using a CRM system, specifically inputting and drawing down data.
  • Experience of using video editing software.
