The Role: Process Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Process Operator to join our team at one of our water recycling centers. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our treatment processes, contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of clean water.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a range of equipment, including pumps, valves, flowmeters, and other essential components within our water recycling facilities.
  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of treatment systems.
  • Collect process samples and analyze data to monitor system efficiency and identify potential issues.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to energy conservation efforts by identifying opportunities to reduce consumption without compromising compliance standards.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a process environment is desirable but not essential.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • A full UK manual driving license.
  • Competency with IT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
