Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, including conveyors, cranes, and hydraulics.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 4 people per shift, including a hands-on team leader and 2 electricians.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and minor planned maintenance during the day, with more intrusive work carried out during night shifts.
- Previous experience as a mechanical maintenance engineer is highly desirable.
- No electrical skillset is required for this role.
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Stirling Warrington, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading company in the recycling industry, with exclusive 25-year government contracts. The role offers excellent progression opportunities, training, and overtime available at a rate of 1.25 times the standard rate. Additionally, you will be entitled to a pension at 5%.
