Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team as an EPOS Specialist. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients' EPOS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites to complete installations, repairs, and maintenance of EPOS systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with EPOS systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Background in break-fix engineering, preferably with experience in EPOS systems
  • Good understanding of technical issues and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicle

What We Offer:

  • Competitive day rate of £134.46 per day via an Umbrella company
  • Overtime rates of £22.41 per hour Monday - Saturday and £27.95 per hour on Sundays
  • On-call rate of £2.00 per hour with Sunday increase of £3.00 per hour
  • Opportunity for further contract work and potential permanent roles
  • Consistent work schedule with 5 days per week, Monday - Sunday
  • Expenses and van provided, along with a fuel card and travel expenses
